Andrew Bolton is a Portfolio Manager on the Private Wealth and Institutional team. Drawing on more than 20 years of global investment experience, he serves high-net-worth families, foundations and institutions. Andrew pairs rigorous market analysis with a relationship-driven approach that reflects his belief in long-term partnership and transparency.

Before joining Pembroke in 2021, Andrew worked with a Montreal-based asset manager advising private and institutional clients. His investment career began abroad, first in Santiago, Chile, and then in London, U.K., where he conducted equity research and portfolio management focused on Latin American and European markets. These diverse experiences have shaped his global perspective and conviction-led investment philosophy.

Since 2022, Andrew has been a member of Pembroke’s Management Committee, contributing to strategic initiatives across the firm and supporting the growth of Pembroke’s investment counselling platform.

Based in Montreal, Andrew is committed to community engagement. He is a director of the Zeller Foundation, which supports charitable organizations focused on youth, social services, health, education, social entrepreneurship, arts and culture, and environment. Andrew is also involved in initiatives to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
