Pembroke Management is pleased to announce that five of its funds have been named winners of the 2025 FundGrade A+ Awards. This reflects another year of strong, risk-aware performance across multiple mandates.

The awards were formally celebrated at the FundGrade A+ Awards Gala, held in Toronto on February 5, 2026. The event brings together leading Canadian asset managers to recognize excellence in mutual fund management.

      AWARD-WINNING PEMBROKE FUNDS

For 2025, the following five Pembroke funds received FundGrade A+ Awards:

      • Pembroke Canadian All Cap Fund
      • Pembroke Canadian Balanced Fund
      • Pembroke Dividend Growth Fund
      • Pembroke Canadian Bond Fund
      • Pembroke Corporate Bond Fund

Each of these funds was recognized for delivering strong, consistent performance relative to peers, while maintaining a disciplined approach to risk management.

WHAT THE FUNDGRADE A+ AWARDS REPRESENT

The FundGrade A+ Awards are given annually by Fundata Canada. They identify Canadian mutual funds that have demonstrated superior risk-adjusted returns over multiple periods.

Funds are evaluated using the FundGrade methodology, which measures performance relative to peers within the same investment category. To receive an A+ Award, a fund must have maintained a high FundGrade rating throughout a calendar year, reflecting consistency rather than short-term outperformance.

As a result, the awards emphasize durability of results, not isolated performance periods.

A REFLECTION OF PEMBROKE’S INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY

This recognition underscores Pembroke’s long-standing investment philosophy, which emphasizes quality, alignment of interests and a long-term perspective.

Pembroke’s investment teams focus on fundamental research and disciplined portfolio construction. The objective is not to chase market trends, but to identify businesses and securities with strong balance sheets, capable management teams, and sustainable growth characteristics. In fixed income mandates, the same discipline is applied through careful credit selection and risk assessment.

The diversity of funds recognized this year highlights the breadth of Pembroke’s investment capabilities, spanning equities, balanced mandates and fixed income strategies.

      COMMITTED TO CLIENTS

Pembroke views these awards as a reflection of its responsibility to clients. We remain focused on managing capital with integrity, accountability and a clear alignment of interests.

While awards are never the objective, they serve as an independent validation of a process designed to support our clients’ long-term financial goals. Pembroke is committed to continuous improvement and to navigating changing market environments with discipline and humility.
