Manager, Business SolutionsJean-François Marcoux joined Pembroke in 2026 as Manager, Business Solutions. In this role, he oversees the firm’s core portfolio management and trading systems while working across departments to enhance operational processes, support strategic initiatives and ensure the firm’s infrastructure evolves with its long-term growth.
Working closely with the Wealth Management, Investment Counselling and Professional Services teams, Jean-François helps strengthen end-to-end workflows and improve the client experience. His mandate includes collaborating with teams to streamline processes, supporting informed decision-making, and upholding strong data integrity and compliance standards.
Prior to joining Pembroke, Jean-François was Manager, Operations, at Majestic Asset Management, where he led an operation team responsible for trade execution and risk monitoring across multi-asset portfolios. He also played a role in launching investment funds, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and regulatory alignment, and managing annual external audits across a range of funds.
Earlier in his career, Jean-François served as a Business Adviser at Desjardins, delivering tailored financial solutions to business clients. He also served as Project Manager at Courses Ultimes, where he led multidisciplinary teams and coordinated large-scale endurance events.
Jean-François is known for his disciplined approach, intellectual curiosity and collaborative mindset.
Outside the office, he is an avid endurance athlete who has completed Ironman 70.3 races. He also enjoys skiing and spending time outdoors.
