Sia Destounis

Partner, Vice President, Head Trader

Sia Destounis is a Partner, Vice President and Head Trader at Pembroke Management, where she has led the firm’s trading function since 2005. She oversees all aspects of Pembroke’s trading operations, including the execution of Canadian, U.S., and international equity transactions across the firm’s internally managed strategies. Sia works closely with portfolio managers, brokers and custodians to ensure disciplined, cost-efficient execution, as well as market insight.

With over two decades of experience in institutional trading, Sia began her career in 1997 and held key trading roles at TD Securities and BIMCOR before joining Pembroke.
