She brings nearly a decade of experience in public audit and financial services, along with a passion for building efficient, transparent financial processes that support the broader goals of Pembroke’s investment and client service teams.
Prior to joining Pembroke in 2022, Isabelle was a Manager at Deloitte Canada, specializing in the audit of investment funds and asset management companies. Her work included implementing new financial systems and assessing internal controls for public and private sector clients. Before Deloitte, she held accounting and finance roles in both software and retail businesses, where she was responsible for financial analysis, forecasting and corporate structuring initiatives.
Fluent in English and French, Isabelle combines technical expertise with clear communication and strong time management skills. She plays a central role in upholding Pembroke’s culture of accountability, precision and client-aligned stewardship.
