New Pembroke Partners: Sia Destounis and Dominic Costantini

    Pembroke Management is pleased to announce the appointment of Sia Destounis and Dominic Costantini as partners. This significant milestone underlines their contribution, and the firm’s commitment to growth and focus on clients.

    Sia Destounis, who joined the firm in 2005, is Vice President and Head Trader. In this role, she oversees our trading desk and is responsible for the execution of Canadian and US equity transactions for our investment strategies. Sia has over 20 years of experience in the investment management industry and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University, with a major in Finance and a minor in International Business.

    Dominic Costantini’s journey with Pembroke began six years ago. Since then, as Portfolio Manager, Private Wealth, he has used his market insight and network to support the firm’s long-term growth. In advising clients, he draws on 25 years of experience in investing in private and public securities markets, discretionary portfolio management, global asset allocation and corporate banking. Dominic holds an MBA from Western University and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.

    In addition to recognizing individual achievements, these appointments reflect Pembroke’s core values of integrity, alignment, excellence, accountability and humility. These principles have guided Pembroke since its inception in 1968, shaping our strategies and interactions with clients and the community.
