Doug Pospisil, CFA
Partner, Portfolio ManagerDouglas Pospisil is a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Pembroke Management, where he has built his investment career since joining the firm in 2003. He began as a generalist research analyst, supporting the firm’s investment process with broad sector coverage across North American markets. Over time, his responsibilities evolved to include deeper industry specialization, leading to his current focus on the healthcare, industrial and real estate sectors.
In 2012, Doug co-led the development and launch of Pembroke’s Dividend Growth Strategy. He has co-managed this mandate since its inception. The experience of building a strategy from the ground up complemented his analytical background and furthered his interest in long-term equity investing.
Doug’s role at Pembroke reflects the firm’s collaborative approach to investment management. He contributes a perspective shaped by over two decades of continuous involvement in research and portfolio strategy. His experience has strengthened both his conviction in Pembroke’s investment philosophy and his passion for identifying quality companies with sustainable growth characteristics.
