Joshua P. Ghoddoussi is an Investment Analyst and Risk Manager at Pembroke Management, where he bridges global equity research with portfolio risk oversight. Covering companies across Canada, the United States and international markets, Joshua specializes in the financial services, business services, technology and real estate sectors. He seeks high-conviction opportunities aligned with Pembroke’s long-term investment philosophy.  

Since joining Pembroke in 2014, Joshua has been instrumental in developing internal risk systems that support thoughtful, resilient investing. His dual role allows him to connect strategic insight with day-to-day portfolio discipline, ensuring that client objectives remain central to Pembroke’s decision-making. His research blends deep fundamental analysis, disciplined quantitative frameworks, and thoughtful qualitative insight to support effective investment decisions. 

Away from the office, Joshua enjoys skiing, cycling and playing bass guitar. His most treasured moments, however, are those spent with his wife and two young daughters.
