Originally joining the firm in 1988, he served in senior finance and compliance roles during a period of significant growth and evolution. Today, he continues to support the firm in a consulting capacity, offering perspective, continuity and guidance to current members of senior management.
A Chartered Professional Accountant by training, Michael played a critical role in shaping the financial infrastructure and operational discipline that underpin Pembroke’s client-first culture. His understanding of regulatory environments, fiduciary standards and long-term stewardship helped guide the firm through market cycles and organizational change.
