Richelle Calimlin
Associate, Wealth OperationsRichelle Calimlim is an Associate on the Wealth Operations team at Pembroke Private Wealth Management, where she contributes to the seamless execution of client services through precise data management, reconciliation and operational support. She joined Pembroke in 2026, bringing more than two decades of financial operations experience across leading Canadian asset management firms.
Prior to joining Pembroke, Richelle spent six years at Jarislowsky Fraser, where she was responsible for portfolio reconciliation, financial statements and master data integrity. She also worked for over 12 years at Mirabaud Group, where she specialized in trade settlement, securities setup, SWIFT processing and back-office controls. Richelle began her finance career at Palomino Capital. She was responsible for daily monitoring of investment portfolios as well as the preparation of monthly performance and account reconciliation reports.
Known for her reliability and attention to detail, Richelle plays a vital role in delivering a best-in-class operational foundation to support Pembroke’s high-net-worth clients and advisors.
Outside of work, Richelle is deeply involved in the Montreal community, combining her passion for fitness and service by organizing Zumba fundraisers for local health charities.
