Since joining the firm in 1996, she has played a pivotal role in its technological evolution, contributing expertise and commitment to a range of responsibilities over the years.

Thea has been instrumental in building Pembroke’s technology strategy from the ground up, architecting a secure and scalable infrastructure that protects client data, enhances system reliability and ensures business continuity. Her work has been central to establishing the firm’s long-term operational efficiency and compliance governance framework.

In her dual mandate, Thea also plays a vital role in Pembroke’s compliance framework. She develops and maintains systems and policies that ensure alignment with regulatory expectations as well as Pembroke’s high standards of fiduciary responsibility. Her thoughtful leadership and cross-functional influence continue to support Pembroke’s commitment to lasting client relationships.
