We are pleased to share with you an important update about the Pembroke team.

While Pembroke has always placed a high priority on safeguarding the confidential information of our clients, we decided to highlight the importance of this responsibility by creating the role of the Chief Privacy Officer.

Jay Sallafranque, who is currently serving as Pembroke’s Information Technology Manager and Solutions Architect, will extend his responsibilities to include the role of Chief Privacy Officer. This newly created role is designed to ensure the utmost protection of your personal information, aligning with Quebec’s Bill 64 requirements.

Jay has been an integral part of our team since 2007. Based in Montreal, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. We are convinced that Jay will be instrumental in reinforcing the integrity of our privacy practices.

If you have any questions about the privacy of your personal information, please contact your Pembroke representative or the new Chief Privacy Officer at privacy@pml.ca.

The Pembroke team looks forward to continuing to meet your needs with professionalism and integrity.
